If you look at them closely, you'll see that they have been already producing green tomatoes. I know, each of them is different in size even though I give them the same amount of love and care. Oh, I love them all sooooo much!!!
Do you see that tiny green worm?
Soooooo cute!!!
The lovely comments I received from my viewers made me feel so lucky that I have such a wonderful garden. I can't be any happier than this. Thank you all so very much, I really appreciate your feedback.
This is the tray of my Mother's Day Breakfast that my son made for me. He made my coffee with vanilla soy milk and a teaspoon of raw sugar, apple cinnamon oatmeal and my favorite Tomato Smoothie. I am so proud of him, he even did the clean up nicely!!! Nathan...You're the best and I love you so much!!!
Note: Nathan made a "Strawberry Milk Shake Oreo Smoothie" for himself. He's crazy for this smoothie and asked me to tell everyone to try to make it. I found this recipe from For The Love of Food .
I can't say good-bye without sharing with you my favorite dessert. I made this healthy and tasty dessert last week but I just photographed the last 2 pieces of my left-over after I got my camera back. If you want to know why Diann said she loves these chickpea blondies soo much, you should try to make it. Here is recipe. I used whole wheat flour instead of brown rice flour and I add crushed cashew nuts on top. Mine came out just perfect, I love it so much and I'll definitely make it again and again and again!!!!
Wonderful post! Nathan is so sweet to make you Mom's day breakfast! And those blondies look amazing.
ReplyDeleteI just noticed your new profile picture! I love it! You look so beautiful in the sunlight.
ReplyDeleteYour tomato plants are growing really well! bet u cant wait for the first tomato :)
ReplyDeleteIm glad you had a nice mothers day, the breakfast looks really nice...ive never thought of using 'vanilla' soy milk in coffee, i usually just use rice milk.
Thanks, Rose! I usually use vanilla soy milk in my coffee or tea or even curry (when I don't have coconut milk). I like to use rice milk too, it depends on what I have on hand.
ReplyDeleteYour garden is beautiful! I walk near a plant and it dies, so I'm always impressed by people who can grow things (especially food).
ReplyDeleteGood to see you back. Hope you post some of your Thailand pictures.
